These Terms of Service govern the use of the Apex Discipline Automation application (“the App”), which integrates with TikTok’s Content Posting API to publish short-form video content to the TikTok account @apex_discipline_.
- Purpose. The App is used solely to automate the publishing of educational personal finance and self-discipline short videos to TikTok on behalf of the Apex Discipline channel.
2. Use of TikTok Data. The App only accesses the TikTok account information and permissions necessary to publish video content (scopes: user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload). No data obtained through TikTok is sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than publishing content to the connected account.
3. User Responsibilities. The App is operated directly by the account owner and is not offered as a public service to third-party users. All content published complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
4. Changes to These Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
