This Privacy Policy explains how the Apex Discipline Automation application (“the App”) handles information when integrating with TikTok’s API.
- Information We Access. The App accesses only the minimum TikTok account information required to publish video content via the Content Posting API, including basic profile information (user.info.basic) and permissions to upload and publish videos (video.upload, video.publish).
2. How Information Is Used. Information accessed through TikTok is used exclusively to authenticate the App and publish video content to the connected TikTok account. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
3. Data Storage. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to authorize publishing requests. No personal data beyond what is required for posting is retained.
4. Data Retention. Access tokens are retained only as long as necessary to operate the App and may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from the TikTok account settings.
5. Your Rights. You may revoke the App’s access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok’s app permissions settings.
